Improving our overall family health is my target... used the Oil for frying but at least when we do it's the best option if you like to fry. Found the oil surprisingly cleaner to work with leaving no taint aftertaste Chips were simply the best! This is the most reasonable way for us to purchase...but compared to an unhealthy bag of chips ..and the tiny bottles of this oil, this is the smartest way to enjoy this fabulous oil.
