Domestic Shipping Policy
We currently ship to addresses in mainland England, Wales, and Scotland.

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days. Free for on all orders over £50.

If you are ordering to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or other non-mainland addresses, additional postage fees may apply. In such cases, our team will get in touch with further details. Questions? Email us at sales@omegapressery.com.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the UK for Retail Products. We're working on expanding our delivery zones, so stay tuned via our socials for updates.
Please note: Any customs taxes, duties, or fees for international orders (once available) will be the responsibility of the customer.
We offer international shipping for bulk orders of 200L drum barrels, Pallet Orders, Half or Full 20 foot or 40 foot container orders. Please reach out to sales@omegapressery.com for quotations on Bulk Orders of 200L and above for all Light and Extra Virgin Grades of Oils.
Order Fulfilment
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your full order, we will contact you at the email provided. Where suitable, we may suggest a substitute product of similar value. In certain cases, we may hold your order and request further instructions before dispatching.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of food items unless they are damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please email sales@omegapressery.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

Photos clearly showing the damage

Your order number
Our customer team will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either via a replacement or refund.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if we are notified more than 48 hours after delivery.
Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. We cannot take responsibility for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. That said, we’ll do our best to help where possible.
If You’re Not Home
If you’re not in at the time of delivery, the carrier (Evri, DPD, Royal Mail, UPS or similar) may:

Leave your parcel with a neighbour and post a card through your door, or

Attempt delivery again on the next working day (up to 3 attempts)
After 3 failed attempts, your order may be returned to us. If this happens, we will contact you to re-arrange delivery, which may incur additional shipping fees or storage charges.
Taxes & Other Charges
All orders placed within the UK include VAT. For future international orders, any applicable local taxes, duties or surcharges will be the responsibility of the customer. We always aim to keep these charges as low as possible.
